I think my memory is locked or encrypted... this started to happen after I flashed my phone.... but i have restored my phone like 4 times and still no luck

Try flash a new Rom and see if the issue is still present my friend

the problem is not with my phone.
i unrooted my phone, Restored it, flashed and everything.... even tried new micro SD card and they worked...

i deleted everything on the micro sd from my phone and then i went to see the space on it and it still had 18MB in it.... so there most be some hidden files that i cant see...

im using root explorer and it shows nothing but when i select properties on external_sd folder it shows 18MB used....

so im sure there are some files blocking my micro SD :/ im going to record a video so you guys can see better what im saying...

Try hooking up to your pc via usb and in windows go to the file options and tell it to show protected files and hidden files there are two options that you need to check then refresh the screen. see if that shows the elusive files that you cant find.

I was also going to suggest the darkside super wipe but if you say that you used a different micro sd card and it worked then that cant be the problem. I have also run into some of theese problems latlely and it seemed to be a problem with my acer tablet. Never on my phone though.

I can see those files on my phone but my PC doesnt show them....
