after the last few pages I feel like a geezer. A soon to be 31 yr old geezer with 2 kids (5yr and 4 mo), about 10-15 lbs heavier than I need to be, a 5'8" shorty, and only a dense kernel tinkerer... lolz.

But back to topic, great work so far man, and I may hop over to your git and look around when I have a chance later today.

Don't knock being 31, I turn 31 on the 15th! I'm hoping that you aren't saying it all goes that far downhill!
If you are a tinkerer, and you feel comfortable with this stuff.. you can always tinker and see if you can help figure out what is keeping GSM from working - if you know the basics, you don't have to worry about bricking.. I'm like 100% sure that there is some tiny little edit somewhere that needs to be made, and that's it.
