OK. So I'm gunna do this tonight. Hopefully someone can make sure my recap of steps are right beforehand.

1.flash cwm, do full back up of ota stock ics 4.0.3
2. Do factors reset threw settings
3.fflash rom threw cwm
4.Flash acer ring
5.profit?

Is there anything I'm Missing? I can flash this rom straight from stock ics right? And only wipe right before I flash this rom and that's it

If someone can verify my summed up steps. Would be appreciated.

I would root your stock ics first. Also, unlock your boot loader before throwing new recoveries at it. Its all in this forum.

Read the instructions for rooting and unlocking and flashing recovery completely BEFORE starting, you can brick doing this stuff. Read, don't skim or speed read it.

Root stock ics.
Flash unlocked boot loader
Flash recovery, I'd use twrp but up to you.
In recovery make full backup.
Once done factory reset.
Go to mounts, mount system.
Format system, same menu down a few.
Install from SD card, pick your reaper zip.
Once done go and wipe your cache.
Go to advanced and wipe dalvik.
Reboot system.
Once you see the welcome screen turn it off and let it sit 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes do the welcome stuff then reboot.
Done. Install or restore apps. Not app data if you can help it.

Some say wipe cache before flashing, its up to you before or after, I just do after in case something gets in there while flashing, personal preferrance same as the 10 minute wait. For me I never have odd bugs or lags doing this on all of my devices, up to you.

I dont think you need to flash the leak if you have ics already that was for us to get off HC and get the booloader we could unlock. You can flash the leak first if that makes you feel better. Pretty sure its the same bootloader. Most of the process was figured out before official ics came out. Just be sure the bootloader is the right one, ie dont try to unlock a HC bootloader, check the version against the instructions in the post.
