Not comperable. A 1.4 quad core will outperform a 1.6 dual core. Should have better battery life as well.

DONATE TO ME
So I've been researching and reading about this phone as if it was my first final for college, haha. I want it, it adds so many things I've never heard of or thought of. Little tiny features that I wish were possible (which now are cause of CM7/9) is going to be a stock thing with the SGSIII.
The "sBeam" thing is just I can show off to the others, the "Direct call" thing is pretty neat but I can see it being a pain in the ass well. "Smart alert" since they don't have LED lights for notifications, (I don't get why not as I miss it the most) they have "smart alert". The "allshare cast" is pretty neat as well, letting you use dlna and the phone as a controller, I prefer it over HDMI.
The Design I actually like alot sleek and looks to be sturdy but actually very light. I like the rounded edges, and concave design.
"pop up play" is awesome. I hardly watch movies but with a 720p screen and Samoled I think I might have to, haha.
"best photo" feature is pretty meat but Samsung's cameras on phones havent been much of a disappointment in the past, almost all ICS features on cameras these past couple months they all seem to be awesome.

overall I want it now!!!!

The Dual is based on A15, while the quad is based on A9.

I have an upgrade for for tmo and was going to get this because all signs pointed to tmo having the quad core since we dont have LTE but since is just a 1.5 dual core, which I currently have my G2x dual core clocked at 1.4 with no problems this phone is not enough of an upgrade for me. Ill hold on to the hope that they will release a quad core phone with a physical keyboard, im so sick of touch screen keyboards.

2GB Ram. Krait vs A9 .

The A9 gets 14000Dmips with a QUAD CORE
The Krait gets 9900Dmips with a Dual core.

You than have to factor in what app is going to efficiently use the Quad core.
