Get 'em/exchange 'em while you can, folks. Looks like Apple has just today asked for an emergency meeting with the ITC for yet ANOTHER ban on the HTC phones. I certainly hope it doesn't happen, but I didn't expect the first ban to actually happen, so who knows.
If you need a warranty exchange, or just want to pick up a new one, methinks you better do it soon. If they are successful in another ban, the incoming stock on trucks now will not supply all the demand for this phone across the US. :(
FWIW: I was in Target yesterday (Pensacola, FL) and he said our whole region just got a huge shipment of white ones in. $179.99
I can't post links yet, so here's the news blurb about this:

Apple has filed new grievances with the U.S. International Trade Commission concerning alleged patent infringement by HTC. The new filing relates to the ITC's December 2011 ruling to ban imports of certain HTC devices violating the "data tapping" patent. That ban went into effect last month, but HTC's devices were eventually allowed in based on its claims that it changed its software to no longer infringe on the patent. Apple believes the HTC devices in question still infringe on the patent and has called out HTC's newest devices -- the One series -- as offenders as well. The ITC will need to review the patent behind the the data tapping patent to see if HTC did indeed develop its own software for the feature. In the mean time, Apple wants the ITC to hold an emergency meeting and re-enact the ban blocking HTC from importing devices.
