Ask in your phone's section. Also, list what ROM and kernel you're using, any recent changes...etc.

if you are in the browser or some similar app, Swype defaults to no auto space between words. This is what the "no smoking" on spacebar means. Of course you can still rap spacebar to insert a space.

Thanks karth500, this did occur last night when I was in a browser, I hadn't figured out when it was happening. There is also a line through the microphone key and you can't use speech input, I guess this is normal for this mode?
