Honestly I have another problem.
If I change m2sd settings after the reboot the phone perform a new first installation procedure (so I have no more widget displayed and I have to insert the gmail account and the wireless password again), while if I choose the "right parameter" for me (reverse mounting) during the custom setup all goes well and I have no low memory problems.

Thanks for the clarification regarding DSP + PowerAmp, I'm going to disable Equalizer and see what happens when I push the bass up on PowerAmp's internal equalizer.

Will post findings back later

EDIT: Couldnt wait till later, long story short there a noticeable improvement but Apollo + DSP is just overkill, NO CONTEST

I use the custom BFS / HAVS / AXI kernel that is posted here.

Only thing that really needs attention: RAM usage. After a reboot I only have 50MB left... (have only a few widgets: facebook / twitter)
I already enabled KSM. Using zRam 10% helps only a very little ( a few MB)

Any more things I can do to free some? Kill some services? Enable Swap? (I have a class 10 sdcard)

thnx!
Use v6 supercharger script, i got 180mb free RAM on reboot (not using ksm or zram)

I'm getting over 220MB without Supercharger, using KSM though. I guess it depends more on apps you have installed.

I also tried that custom kernel and performance does seem improved.
Except for one thing: music playback hiccups horribly when the screen is off. Tried smartassv2, interactive, etc.
I just deleted the init script that sets powersave on screen off, let's see if anything improves.
People: KERNAL is NOT A WORD!!!
