Tried out Swype on the offchance about 3 months ago. Loved it straight off. It's easy and intuitive and has been the one I've stayed with.

I really liked swype but the fact that a lot of words couldn't be swyped was just annoying. Names, places and typing on xda was just a hassle. I stick to stock now but I have to say I do miss the speed of swype. If I go back to AOSP I may try it out again

I think the stock keyboard from sense 4.0A does the job perfectly

Aokp aosp cm stock keyboard doesnt support my fast typing. One of the reason why I use Sense rom back, the sense keyboard + htc_ime mod. Doesnt lagged out

Sense keyboard is the best.

why dont you try thumb keyboard.
with full customizeable feature.
i really love it

I'm still using the stock input method because I'm not a native English speaker I think the stock one is good enough.

Thumbs up to smartkeyboard. I do like prediction of swype and swiftkey however I am bilingual so.....
