Problem updating radio (Help plz!)

Hi guys, this is my first post, I'll be quick.
3 months ago i got from my brother, a really nice and shiny HTC WIZARD G3 (from T-Mobile)

my bro has flashed the phone before, with a WM5 custom ROM from Tau-Rho and i have flashed the 6.5 ROM MEGAWIZARD on it, and some time later the 6.5.0 from MSD (Estrange thing: Although, i have flashed the WM Rom, the first Screen that the phone presents when we turned it on is the same than in the old WM5 rom)

Everything was working great, except for one little thing, the reception of signal on the phone was too poor, with any of the 3 roms. then i decide to test another RADIO ROM on the Wiza.

I have downloaded few RADIO_ONLY roms but i can only use the 1.x.x.x Versions. with V2.x.x.x Roms the phone just froze my wiza in boot

I Take some screens but XDA don't let me show them..
When my cell phone boot with a working Radio Rom show this on boot:

IPL: 1.01
SPL: 1.01
GSM: 1.13.10.0
OS: 6.5.0.0

When it boot with a NOT WORKING Radio Rom Show this on boot screen:

IPL: 1.01
SPL: 1.01

OS: 6.5.0.0

and it just restart the phone after that and restart and restart and restart.

i can go back to a working radio rom, flashing it trough the BOOOTLOADER, but i need to install a newer Radio rom. My Bro told me than i should to get back to the T-Mobile WM5 Original rom to instal a newer RadioRom, i have not attempted that method yet.

Any idea to make my Wiza to boot with a newer Radio rom?
PD: Whats the difference between a .NBF and a .NBA radio rom? i have installed .nbf radio roms only.
