with unlockable bootloader u can ALWAYS have root, u dont need to wait for any exploit...

And what about custom roms with NOT unlockable bootloader ?
Or maybe an unofficially way to unlock bootloader?

Hi! Tell how to restore the NCK counter? There is an unblocking code, but the number of attempts isn't present!

Unhappy Fastboot fail

I have the Xperia U
i press the volume down button and plug in the usb cable
but the fastboot mode only stay for a second then it go to charging mode.
I don't even have time to install the driver

You must open your file manager, before you connect in mod fastboot, once the manager is open you do volume up and you plug the USB. Of S1 boot appears that you do is right quickly clim

I got some problem in fastboot mode.

My phone is sola.
when i press volume up key and plug the use cable.
My computer's device manager appear "S1 boot xxx".And I quicklly press that and install the drive that dodwnload from the page.
then I open the terminal window and type "fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce getvar version"

then appear the following message.
"< waiting for device >"

maybe I do something wrong???

My computer os is win 7 x64.

windows 7 refuses to install the usb drivers... any ideas?

fixed it with the arc drivers!
Current Rom: Stock Xperia .75
Launcher: Stock Xperia
Radio: Stock
Recovery: none
Kernel: Stock
CPU: fast

Open up 'Device Manager' [Right Click on My Computer -> Properties -> Device Manager], and then connect your phone in the Fast Boot Mode to your PC [pressing the Volume Up button while switched off]. As soon as the phone is connected, you will see the new device in the Device Manager by the name of "S1 Semcboot" (or something similar). Right click on it and select Update/Install drivers -> Choose the driver location and then install.
Do not wait for Windows to auto-install the driver because there is no option to manually search for Drivers.
