Well I tried the twlauncher ...it'd smooth alright. But I am getting force close error once I restated the phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled also.still the same problem.so I am back to square one. xperia launcher.the best of all and ever

I just tried this today.. Holo launcher.. super fast.. although rendering app drawer doesnt open as smoothly as Xperia Home..
But, its minimal and ultra optimized.

I recommend you to check Nemus Launcher. Its smooth and fast, and spectacular in the effects... only bad thing is the themes managing.

Fantastic is the folder managing (on the desktop, and in the dock)
