SPL 3.5 Upgrade Problem!

Hello there I have some problems to upgrade a t-mobile branded athena 100 (mda ameo 8gb) to spl 3.5 because i haven´t the AP4_How_To_1.8.pdf and yes onl clicking on the athena updater does only send the dll to my phone i click yes too files show up in the update folder pcmemdump and the dll and yes then happens nothing

you should just follow the existing Installation Guide at http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/HTC_Athena_AP4_FAQ

Youhav e to download and install enablerapi.cab and then start the AP4.0 installer and wait a long time ( on my maschine celeron with 1,2 ghz 15-20 min ). Dont forget to delete all files except the exe from the folder. http://www.4shared.com/file/CbChxeTf/EnableRapi.html
