hey, my phone is running kinda okay. there are a few force closes, rare, but there. maybe i need to fix permissions? i did a clean install, erased all data, etc, however, i restored apps using titanium.

i can hit "fix permissions" from rom manager, but i can also do so from cwr. which to do? i have heard that amon ra does a great job or fixing permissions, too, should i use that? how do i do that, then?

I'm fairly certain both are doing the same thing so fix permissions with which whichever method you prefer. I don't use rom manager so I would use CWM, everyone's different.

To use Amon Ra, open Rom Manager and select "Flash Alternate Recovery." The option is greyed out on mine using CWM 3.0.0.8, it shouldn't be for paid users only cuz I've selected it before no problem.

When you said you did a clean install including wipe data, did you wipe system and boot, too?

No, only wiped data, cache, and dalvic. Didn't know I needed to wipe those things.

You think that could be the cause?
