You can try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1264021

It's worked for many others

Device: Google Nexus 4 E960 16GB
Rom: Stock JellyBean 4.2.2/Rooted
Recovery: Clockworkmod 6.0.3.1
Carrier: -T---Mobile-

If your imei starts with a bunch of zeros, you've got a problem. You could try going into cwm and format everything (backup your sdcard contents first obviously) and then flash a different ROM.

If that doesn't help, you could send it to regenersis to fix
For various benchmarks, see my threads: >here<

Some carriers block generic IMEI's and some apps might not work

I've "hospitalized" the phone at a Samsung center. For 30-35€ they'll send it to the OEM to jtag and flash the IMEI.

I've thanked you all for the advices and support (yup, I consider humor as support too, it helps relieving stress )

Now, could i get the topic closed please?
