At last some sense. A Federal jusdge dismisses the patent lawsuits between Apple and Motorola with prejudice (meaning they cannot be raised again)

Apple knows it's going to lose most of these lawsuits but files them anyways because then consumers hear about these lawsuits and begin to think Samsung/HTC/Android is just a knockoff of the iPhone.

Or people think that the other devices must be better than the iphone otherwise why would Apple try to ban them

Well Samsung passed up Apple as #1 phone manufacturer and Android overtook iOS long ago. I don't see the iPhone 5 changing that at all.

WP7 has a higher marketshare in China than iOS too, and I see that trend continuing.

People are finally starting to get bored with iOS I think and hopefully these stupid lawsuits stop too.

the OEMs make the money not Google so Apple goes after them plus if Google got involved in the patent war apple cant stand a chance of winning in my opinion....
