First of all sorry for my reaction. I'll explain it now!
After reading your hole thread I still don't know which version I should take!
It looks like you have many information in global and nothing special for the GS2 so in other words you don't give us any information about what you recommend for a GS2 user! I've tried the worldwide and the 3.1 NOSSL but both didn't work good.
What would you recommend?
P.s. i'll remove my dumbass remark if you want XD
There is nothing special for this device. I recommend the same build to all of these phones I support. The v3.1 NO-SSL or the v3.1 Google Build are my recommendations. Others are available for those who want them. Nothing more to it.
If it doesn't work on your device, consider reading and trying all of the Notes Section. Try other ROM's. Test playing the field before jumping to the conclusion it doesn't work with your device.
Lastly, you would be able to assume your device is faulty should the above all fail.

thousand have flashed this with no complaints like yours, so I guess the "the problem is not in your tv"
My TV doesn't have much issues as I can't afford the Smart TV's yet.
Before I start, I would like to state that I have not really gone into searching through the forum for answers as I'm not sure where to start or I'm not sure what keyword to use for my search. I have tried to search for "GPS + Droidwall" but nothing comes out of it.
I have came across an issue with GPS + Droidwall. After three full days of stupid-ness trying to flash stock DXKL3 and DXLP9, rooting and un-rooting, flashing different modems and custom ROMs and lastly, tried different configs from your post, I came to realised that the attached is what that has been affecting the GPS from working properly.
My question is, what has the attached got to do with GPS?
Edited: By enabling the below on Droidwall, it allows me to access GPS properly on my device.

I do not use Droidwall. However, aGPS uses the internet for GPS almanac, time, and other things. So if this is a firewall, it would be preventing aGPS functionality by limiting data flow.
For some reason flashing this on my Galaxy Note fails running CM9, whereas it flashes just fine under CM9 on my Galaxy Tab. Any ideas?
It flashed fine running the leaked ICS firmware and worked well.
Happy to test things!

Use one of the other two installation methods above. Flashing depends on the recovery used and the update binary required. I can't support the dozens of required binaries. That'd require me to maintain at least 40+ versions of this patch for downloading.

Hadn't considered the binary, I replaced the one in the archive with the one from the AppWidgetPicker installer and it flashes okay now.
Cheers!

Base stock untouched SGS3 is returning 12 or so satellites locked on very quickly .
Same position SGS2 would get about 8 and about 10 with AGPS patch .

Thanks for the info.
However, I would suggest not trying to use that above. Notice the difference in naming. LTO2.DAT vs XTRA.BIN. This is for two entirely different chipsets.
Also, your performance is notably going to be from some better hardware including stronger antenna's, a barometer, better GLONASS handling, etc., if memory serves.
I hope to have a phone that no longer needs patching.
