Can some one lay out a simple run down of this.... I'm not fully understanding.
Firstly, do I need to go get cricket acct/number first before attempting the flashing process? I know someone asked about donor phone/number...
Secondly, in detail I have rooted evo3d crrently running on MeanROM ICS 1.3. S off hboot1.4
Currently behind on bill to point of disconnect today until payed down...probably won't be possible for a month. Id like to flash to cricket for the month and flash back once bill paido.this possible at all? I regularly root and mod phones but nevr flashed. And want to understand what I'm getting into and hopefully save some money for the month

anyone having horrible signal issues? i've tried endless PRLs and can NOT get anything above 2 bars, and usually i'm lucky to get that much.

I'm in the same boat, I'm lucky to get .5 mbs. I've flashed evry prl I can find as well... Totally sucks.

This is actually incredibly easy to do. This is the third phone that I've flashed so it only took me about 5-10 minutes. Once you get the hang of it you'll glide right through

Getting 3G and Multimedia Text Messages Working with ICS

Just some notes during the flashing process:

I had to change the MSL/SPC to: 000000
Before that the Cricket activation (*228) failed every time with a error and reboot. I updated this using CDMA workshop and then full activation passed just fine and 3G started working.

APNBackupRestore Fix for ICS

Text messages worked but not multimedia for ICS (I'm using MikVirgin - Android 4.0.3). Using Titanium backup, I converted the ApnBackupRestore app to a system app and hit menu button in ApnBackupRestore and disabled ICS check. Than I deleted all APN's than added the cricket version above.

I'm having problems, running ZR3DX 2.0 on my 3vo flashed to cricket, and I'm receiving mms messages, but cannot send, they show sent in my messages, but recepients say they haven't received. Any ideas?

Edit: if sending to myself, I receive just fine.
