I've just noticed a yellow tint on the bottom of my screen. Thought it was when I left my phone in the sun.

This tint thing is pretty freaky in general it seems. Yesterday afternoon it was pretty visible at the bottom of the screen, now 10 hours later it's not visible at all. I hope this is right that it disappears over time, I don't want to give my phone up for repairs.

Sent from the Delta Quadrant using a transwarp conduit.

It shows up when the phone gets hotter and becomes less visible when it cool down.

However, as mentioned before, it's a glue issue, and after some unknown counts of weeks, it's probable that it disappears completely, hopefully forever.

Mine just appeared few days ago as well, and my phone gets serious usage, so hopefully it will go over time. As I would have to post my phone over and my last one sent got " lost" in the post.

I highly doubt it will go away.

And you dont have to send it. Go to Fonfix in Sandyford and they'll do the warranty repair in house. The bastards charge €15 in a fee though despite a warranty repair being meant to be free.

Mine has gradually gotten worse over time, so just sent it back for repair. I have a 12W15, so it's not one of the earliest models. Just hope they fix/replace it and I get it sorted...
