Hey guys, I saw that faceniff was mentioned here and was wandering if anybody has gotten it to work on their phone? I downloaded 2.1 and it doesn't seem to pick up anything.

It works, some one else on the same network needs to login into something though, like Facebook for it to capture it. It uses arp packets to make your phone act as the middle man for all the network traffic, so make sure you have good wifi signal, on big networks your phone isn't gonna be able to handle all that wifi traffic and is gonna cripple their network, just fyi. Still fun, lol.

I'm frustrated with many applications running in the background. It seems only way stop it is remove them but I like using them. Is there a root program that can turn off running in background part? Thanks.

autorun manager does the same thing and is free, I'm testing it right now. Also is there more on swapper? or is that fake?

edit: autorun manager is not free well it is but you can only halt 4 things...*facepalm*

The applications still get around it eventually. I could not get Swapper to work on mine. It says installing but never does.
