Sorry but I am not at my computer so this is all off the top of my head:

Google and find testsign.jar and download it.

Put it in the same directory as the Rom.

Unzip the Rom navigate to META-INF. Open all of the files in it. Delete any that have regular text in them. There should be 1 file remaining. Leave the folder alone.

Rezip the rom.

Run: java -classpath ./testsign.jar testsign rom.zip rom-signed.zip

Flash the newly created file.

Alternatively, if you have CWM recovery just disable signature verification (although it should be disabled by default already).

I haven't signed any of the zips (and won't sign until I consider it stable enough for daily use, which will happen once someone confirms data and calls work. Can anyone confirm that already? Been waiting for confirmation since I started the thread)
You can use clockworkmod recovery, which I use and highly recommend, to flash zips that aren't signed.

I still have a little work to do on aokp, and I have to decide what to do about gapps. Once that's done here is my roadmap (kind of in order, subject to change):

1. Build an ics kernel (either merge ics stuff into the ezgb kernel probably reusing a lot of AndDiSa's work, or building a 3.x kernel)
2. Experiment with hw acceleration and camera
3. Port aosp
5. Slim up as much as possible.

Just don't use the older CWM recovery if you're a Windows user because mounting USB will crash Windows.

Still don't have internet so I can't work on this much... been working on a kernel. If you're still having issues with the cm9 zip try aokp for now. I'll get it fixed eventually

And I forked anddisa's ics kernel and am working on that. Set it to allow overclocking up to 710mhz. Will release after some testing.
