Be careful, I tested the 20s demon, and on my phone with my carrier, it was a catastrophe lol: high drain, battery charge very complicated with charge disconnections every five minutes and so on...

Tried different kernels with same result, and all is back to normal since I came back to be demon coming with the ROM.

So you can try but be sure sure to be able to revert in case of trouble.

Backup is always good, when testing unofficial stuff. :) With V20q nvrm daemon and Jarvis kernel my phone stopped at LG logo. Harsh kernel is working super.

lol I just found out the reason why MTP mounting didn't work for me - I had enabled Android Debugging (and disabled debugging notify) and MTP ofc won't work then.
Just if someone else had this problem.

can someone confirm this ?
i'm getting compile error with http://review.cyanogenmod.com/#/c/17385 because of strict aliasing issue, both with prebuilt toolchain and linar 4.7.1, contrast to Ricardo's comment there.
i'm using gcc 4.5.1 on fedora 14, if it makes any difference. (i don't think it should though)

edit: well, it looks like i am NOT actually using linaro 4.7.1. let me check that first.

edit: now, i am definitely using linaro 4.7.1, and still get the error due to fstrict-aliasing. The only way to avoid it for me is to remove "-Werror" which was in the patch #2, http://review.cyanogenmod.com/#/c/17385 (edit: or add -fno-strict-aliasing)

edit: silly me. it was due to http://review.cyanogenmod.com/#/c/17358/
