Editing: forget about my previous post.
Tegrak OC Ultimate works great. I am able to run stable 1.4GHz @ 1.275mV with a fully stock ICS ROM (NEE LPG).
I though that by using the "performance" governor, the CPU would be at higher speeds more often. That is not what happened, however.
My methology was:
increase speed, keeping voltage constant. Run "StabilityTest v2.5" for about 2 minutes. If everything was ok, I'd kill everything using System Tuner Pro and then benchmark using AnTuTu benchmark (free version).
If everything was stable, w/o crashes, I'd increase speed to the next step (+0.052GHz). Otherwise I'd increase voltage in 25mV steps until I got a stable run AND higher benchmark scores.
I only got that at 1.4GHz @ 1.275mV. Anything higher would give me a lower benchmark score, even going up to 1.400mV for 1.5GHz (dangerous territory, I know).
I also locked the GPU at 267MHz and haven't tried running @ 400MHz.
My score in Quadrant is 4868.
If you like my post, don't forget to Thank it.
