where do i go from 0.03.11 BL?

hi guys srry for a noobish one, i have searched but can only find steps from v3-v4 im currently on v2 0.03.11 BL

i have nvflash from when i installed the v2, do i just follow these steps:http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1522384

same steps but just select the v3 supplied by civato?

ok guys i worked my brain over and managed to sort it im now happily on the V7 0.03.14-mul

I decided to go for the A500 / A501 ICS V8 BL-version as I'm having a bit troubles with Alexandra V.

I'm hoping that it will help with the 3G drops and trouble waking up.
