You should probably make it very clear in the thread that people should not use their SGS2 I9100 to flash this ROM, since it's been posted in that forum and noobs are going to be noobs.

Haha this device is like the LG Shine Plus of 2012... Easily rooted, has lots of potential, but only available in Canada so nobody gives a rat's ass. LOL

Just think, when it gets ICS, there are so many projects that are possible: porting SGS3 apps, CyanogenMod 9, Linaro, MIUI, etc.

Plus, the fact that it has similarities to the Skyrocket/Rogers SGS2 and the Galaxy Nexus means that it would actually be less work to port those projects to this device.

I've notified Engadget and Mobile Syrup about the CWM but I don't think it garners much interest. Pity..

Here's a device dump log of a dev handset of or phones! Someone decrypt this and get usan ICS leak!

Its running 4.04 and its a sgh i757!

How can i port ROMS in kitchen for X8.If the ROM is made for same device & uses custom kernel.Can i port kernel to stock.

Dude, wrong thread, ask in Chef Central, only development discussion related to SGS2 HD goes here. In answer to your question, I don't know what an X8 is so I dont't know.
