I have formatted it with EASYUS to FAT32.
SanDisk SDSDQY-064G-U46A Mobile Ultra 6 MicroSDXC 64GB
One small problem with that, according to http://www.androidnz.net/2012/05/sam...-revealed.html

You see while the 64GB micro SDXC cards work in basically every Android device, they generally only work when formatted to Fat32 rather than the SDXC standards native exFAT formatting system (several devices on ICS work with them formatted NTFS now also, but as a general rule Fat32 is the only option). The problem here is that when you use of these cards Fat32 formatted you impose a 4GB file size limit on them, which can be hassle for transferring HD video to your device, and even worse you curtail the stellar read and write speeds available in the SDXC standard. I for one can't wait to format my 64GB card to exFAT for unrestricted use in my S III.
(important bit highlighted)

Figure that this is something to be aware of, although given the price of Sandisk cards seems to have tumbled (33% off retail price locally) I'm wondering whether this'd be a good present for an Arc S owner who really is into music. I was looking at 32GB Class 10 card, but this might be a better deal.

The 64GB Class 6 should be cost around $64.5 - $74.5.

Code:

I've read somewhere that Class 6 SDXC is faster than Class 10 SDHC, but I saw no official link proving so.

I let these deals pass since my 32GB Class 10 still has lotsa space.

I paid AU$73.95 for a 64GB class 10 SDXC on ebay. Patiently waiting for it to arrive in the mail. It's gonna make things a whole lot better.

Received my 64GB micro SDXC card a few days ago and couldn't be happier with it.

i think what is being discussed here is exFat not NTFS. exFat enables the read/write speeds of SDXC, aside from exceeding the 4GB file size limit.

so, i haven't seen kernel for Arc supporting exFat, or is there any?

for all those who use 64GB on their Arc, just use it as FAT32?
