Definately a Hardware issue! [BAD SNAPDRAGON CPU]
Hello fellow XDA-forum members.
To start with , I've bought an LG E900 from Germany via Ebay about a week ago.
It is brand new (Updated to the latest available update on Zune) , even some stickers are still on it. The First four days of usage were normal ( all things worked as they should ). Then suddenly , two days ago I've experienced some issues while browsing the web. I've got several restarts and "no sound" issues.
After that ,I started googling and found that a lot of people have problems with LG optimus 7. I found that a lot of people have the same problem when they play games , well i still haven't occured any problems while gaming, only when browsing web. I did send a letter to LG to get more information about this issue(specificly).
My question is , whether this problem is related to hardware or software? If it's a hardware problem , then which chip is affected. I am willing to repair it on my own, if a chip is badly soldered (I do have some experience).

Hello dear members , today I tried to reflow my phone's motherboard components. I reflowed an Audio IC chip first , still same , restarted and loss of sound. Then I reflowed the RF Chips , still same. Furthermore I tried to reflow the Snapdragon CPU , but LG DECIDED to put SOO Much epoxy under it , that the chip couldn't get enough air during the reflow process. The result was obviously bad , some of the solder balls exploded under the chip and short-circuited it(at that moment , I realized that my phone is dead). Only reball + new CPU chip would fix my phone (or a new mobo ofc).
Best regards , Kiura.
