As you know the names for the android systems are quite funny(dessert names), but did you guys noticed that they were released in the alphabetical order ?
Donut - 1.6
Eclair - 2.1
Froyo - 2.2
Gingerbread - 2.3
ICS - 4.0
Jelly Bean - 5.0

A thought maybe i should post it because it's kind off great thing...

Yeah, and for an example, CM7, the "7" it is the position in the alphabet corresponding to the "G" in "Gingerbread".

Like CM9, the "9" it is the position in the alphabet corresponding to the "I" in "ICS"
