Here is mine.. Am on SlimICS with the default ICS launcher. I didn't like the Lightening launcher provided with the rom. ICS has overhauled the complete UI to make it really beautiful and sleek. Lightening launcher gave a GB feel to it :|
Anyway, here it is

Yep it's from the calendar, from the AOKP ROM control you can enable a calendar widget. It also flips to show the events from any or many calendars for the next x number of days (user configurable)
