[Q] Windows Mobile 6.1 Certificate Aunthentication

My HTC snap S521 won't synchronize with my Exchange 2003. Even if configured with USB plugged into the computer, it gives me error "Server Certificate not Valid"
I have checked the certificate and its fine, I have manually installed it on the phone but yet no results have shown.

A similar challenge occurred on a windows mobile device 6.5 but after installing the certificate manually, the device synced.

any suggestions?
