As far as I know you no method works if you unlocked via htcdev.com.you will always have RELOCKED.sorry

if you unlocked via normal method(not htc method) it will say locked

Nope it will say locked again. They have prepaired it so... at least for the sensation users so should it be for the evo users

just try to s-off via unlimited.io

if this set your bootloader back to ***LOCKED***
you can try this tutorial.
