Getting around 10.5-13.0 MB/s write speeds and ~25-31.2 MB/s read on my new Sandisk Class 10, quite happy with it. transferring photos and large files in a instance.
iPhone 3gs(~4 months) -> HTC HD2(~5 months) -> HTC Desire HD(~6 months) -> Samsung Galaxy Note(~2 weeks) -> Asus Padfone 3-in-1

Wow, 64gb on my phone. If that's not enough I have my 64gb SD card with USB host. Then if that's not enough I have TWO 32gb micro SD cards. LOL!

I buy a SandDisk 64GB class 10 from ebay for $70.00 works great

Man, saw a deal on a 32gb card today for $15. I paid $48 for my 16gb card in feb 2010. What the heck do you people put on your phones that takes up so much space?

Movies and music dude.
My video archive size is around 1500Gb. Music archive is 300Gb.
I'll jump of joy when they start selling 128Gb memory cards.

I have no luck
my sandisk 32GB class10 have only
23-25MB/s write speed
9-12MB/s read speeds
I tested it on my Note
