I'm not sure what you mean. i only own a fascinate.

the autobrightness max to 3000 might be a ROM limitation with RR. The max set is up to 3000 only. you can try the setting in RR thread scroll to the mid section.

This limitation has nothing to do with Ressurection Rom.
To set values higher than 3000 you need to use Fluxi kernel and set Exynos Sensor HAL sensor -> open source (light).

My automatic brightness, set as the screenshots, is changed by about 3-5 seconds. fluxi kernel & rremix
