So has anyone tried this with the CM9 rom yet? Pretty sure that it wont work and I wont be trying anything out on CM9 until an official rom drops, not the alpha.

No luck on cm9 unfortunately. I'm waiting for something to be done too.

Sent from my SPH-D700 using XDA App

Hi I got my MMS working and I really appreciate it but....I lost my Messinging Icon on the bottom of my screen and also where/how do I install autostart.apk? I put it in my system/app folder but I am guessing that is incorrect.

If MMS is working then I wouldn't worry about autostart too much, I have got MMS working multiple times without it as for the Messaging icon, I am guessing your using touchwiz (the launcher with 4 large icons on a glass finish) if that's the case, I know someone posted how to place icons on that launcher on XDA but I don't know how. Its doable though, some searching should find you the answer.

I did find out how to get the messaging icon back on the bottom of my touchwiz interface, you have to go to your applications then you can drag it to the bottom. PROBLEM SOLVED! n8dogg I appreciate your help as well. I found out how to install the autostart as well but it was working without it as you said. Thanks again

It should work with any 2.3 ROM. I ended up with a different setup (apns) that worked perfectly but I now use ICS on my Epic4g. I will use CleanGB this weekend and find out which apn setup I was using and update the thread
