Call quality

In the last few months, I have been having a poor call quality in not so quiet places. I know it's not the ideal conditions for a phone conversation, but a few months ago I could walk on a noisy street and have a conversation, now the other side can barely hear me. The same happens if there is a bit of wind, or another conversations. It seems the mic is too sensitive and picks up too much ambient noise.
The signal strength is excellent, I never get less than 4 bars or a worse signal than 71dBm.
Did anyone experience the same problems? maybe it is something related to the new ICS roms?
I always do the mute-unmute before talking.

It depends on ur ROM ......for the best call I will say use Ics passion with latest kiss kernel v8.2......but as far as I no in ics roms it is the best .
