What do you mean you cant change the settings? All you're doing is say "don't go off sprint's network".. I'm confused.

Improvements:

Faster 3G speeds
Better battery life
WAY more responsive touchscreen
Phone in general feels more responsive
Better cellular reception

WARNING!: Please make sure your battery is charged before flashing!

Cellular Radio 1.08.01.0111, new touchscreen firmware. Yes, it will bypass 1 of 3 on TP, this is normal.

Not sure why but WiMAX radio 27243 (March 2011 for Evo 4G NOT SHIFT) is included in this zip from HTC.

Either way drop the PG06IMG.zip on the root of your sdcard, hold volume down and press the power button and release while holding down the volume down button.

A white screen will come up asking you if you want to update. If it doesn't ask, choose bootloader. Say yes and it will update your phone. This has been tested on multiple phones and works.

Here is a video on how to do it:

The ES is a company issued phone. Its tracked and monitored all the time. Ive been yelled at for going to craigslist in IE. I cant change the roaming options as we also have sim cards in the phone. When I say i cant, i mean work wont let me. Id get in trouble. Ive seen a sup get fired for rooting a photon.

I'm pretty sure the ES doesn't have a SIM slot.

You are on the wrong forum. The HTC Evo Shift does NOT have a SIM card.
