if your case is causing your phone to restart then you might not have seated the silicone button properly inside the space on the hard part of the case. mine fits perfectly, and i love the fact that the commuter fits the car dock no problems, i just sliced off the flap covering the usb port with a razor.

I would not have cut the flap... And I didn't.. Look for my thread below on what I did to the dock.

Also the rubber cover sticks out so far any pressure seems to push the button down... I came up with a easy fix for this and I have had 0 problems... I'll post pictures tomorrow.
