I got it working. It was superuser. The Rom didn't ask for superuser permission when I tried to switch to tablet mode. When I re flashed the Rom in boot manager, it ask me for superuser permission when I clicked the tablet mode. Now it working. Make sure it ask for superuser permission.

You.mean like this?

Don't get too excited. I tried and failed at this many times.. but, it still doesn't work quite right in portrait. Bottom half of the status bar is still solid, like the wallpaper isn't stretching all the way down..

I ran into one "issue" if you can call it that. I'm using the screen lock 'pattern' to unlock the phone, and when the phone is in portrait mode, everything looks fine. When it's not, the "Emergency call" text + icon is cut off, and you can barely see the top of the phone icon at the very bottom of the screen.

I had the lockscreen issue as well.. go to settings, paranoid settings, hybrid settings, framework-res dpi.. change it to low dpi. Pretty sure you'll have to restart but this fixed mine... good luck!

I'm having a minor issue... anytime I install or update an app I get a message that system is not responding.. clicking wait makes it go away and all seems to work well afterwards... anyone else seeing this or know of a fix?

Been playing around with this since last night, but still cannot figure out how to get the tablet-style nav/status bar on the bottom while still being in hybrid mode (so everything else about the home screens is phone style). Aside from that I think I have the hang of this.

EDIT: I also want to know how to change the toggles that are in the status bar (someone mentioned earlier that that was possible).
