Possibly upgrading to d4

I just broke my droid 3, but I have insurance for it, so I'm wondering if any one else has gone through a similar situation and whether or not they got upgraded to a droid 4. I had a friend who broke his d2 but got a d3 because they stopped selling the d2(the d3 doesn't look like it's being sold on verizon's site any more either). Even if I don't get bumped up I was thinking about buying the phone off contract anyway, so I'm wondering what the biggest changes are for those of you who have switched from the d3 to the d4. I know as far as hardware goes there's a different keyboard, and 512 more mb of ram, but anything else I should be aware of? Thanks for your time.

4G LTE

The d4 has a much better experience, I came from the XT860 and this runs like butter compared to the d3.

Just for ICS alone, I think this is a good buy compared to D3. I got it as opposed to the D3 because of the LTE, the 1GB of RAM and the keyboard of course.

Did D3 have motocast or webtop? These are pretty big as well, IMO
