Using this tool to flash CWM on ZV9 does work, but for me it was not as simple as just clicking "Install CWM". I kept getting permissions errors on /dev/block so I had to use ES File Explorer to enable read write permissions on dev, block, and the file it was trying to use. Then I ran it and it worked fine except for some reason it couldn't automatically reboot me into CWM, I had to do it manually using Quick Boot, which worked fine and I can confirm I have a working CWM recovery!
