Very weird, you'll be very lucky mate, i can't handle UFT works for the framework files, well...after decompile it, compile it again and sign it works, but if you use the framework directly from the main rom zip don't work

I guess so. I've been tesing all mods made using UFT in RR and it is working for me. Also lockscreen handle made using UFT works for me in RR as well as PA.
