[Q] One V died

Hi all,

My phone is an ONE V, unlocked boot, S-ON

The problem began when i was messing with LCD density options and i rebooted phone with these changed.
When it rebooted all function and UI were not working.
I tryed to reset my RUU with superboot.bat but the cmd box wich opens would freeze saying "waiting on device"

Not all i got is a useless phone, thanks to having no knowledge and messing with stuff i dont know.

does it boots into bootloader?
and do you have drivers installed in ur pc?if no 1st install htc sync
and then boot into bootloader and flash any custom rom u like
or stock ruu if u prefer that

yes it boots in bootloader normally.
i do have htc sync although i dont think it recognizes my device.
I prefer the stock RUU but i dont know how to flash it.

Id appreciate it if you could help with that

well i managed to connect with HTC sync and got all the drivers.
I did a flash recovery from Hasoon's all in one kit. Success with that, the phone rebooted but still UI not working, dialer not working and everything was too small in the screen and i could tap on anything because of the "not working" notifications.
If anyone knows anything else to try please say.

download the stock ruu according to ur country
then relock the bootloder
fastboot oem lock
then boot the phne into bootloder and run the ruu
ur good to go
chill dont get tensed nothing has happend to your phone
if ur having trouble with this
download team viewer and ill help you out online

he can flash only the ruu. no need to lock the bootloader.

there is no stock ruu avaible for his country
soo i hlpd him in flashing rc1.1
