[Q] huge size consume by Image .thumbnails cache!

Huge size consume by Image .thumbnails cache in "SD Card DCIM\.thumbnails" folder
Sometime is consume over 1GB of Memory.
Is there any way to stop making .thumbnails Cache?

Create a script with Script Manager (from the market) and run it at boot (or you could put it in system/etc/init.d/ if your ROM supports it).
This is the script:
cd /mnt/sdcard/DCIM/.thumbnails
rm *.*
rm .*

This should clean up your thumbnails folder on every boot

What is the format of script file (script file.***)
Can I put the script file with root explorer?

Lol, I thought I was the only one. Just stop using stock gallery.

 

1GB? You have a million photo's on your sd card?

Well, I have more have 1,000+ photo and all :P
BTW, I Moved All my Photos on MY PC and deleted from my NEO and problem solved :P

delete SD Card DCIM\.thumbnails folder and use quick pic instead of xperia **** gallery...
