PH85IMG.zip should always be placed on EXTERNAL sd card and then flashed by rebooting into bootloader and following the prompts (volume up after detection)

Yes. I've done that. What I can't get - how should I install Energy ROM by itself? Do I need to rename file into the PH85IMG.zip? I've already tried to done that - but no luck. It started to upload, but didn't update anything.

if you've already flashed the PH85IMG.zip then flash 4ext recovery and then flash this rom as you would have done with the gingerbread rom...

as in, once you have updated your firmware to ICS, then all you have to do is flash custom recovery, then flash this rom... if you're still locked, then you'll have to unlock first... but I believe you must be locked to flash the PH85IMG.zip... (only if you're not s-off)

have you tried uninstall/reinstall? wipe the apps data first, before uninstalling!

I have NOT tried to re flash the ROM yet, I can.
How do you wipe the apps data before uninstalling?

settings > apps > downloaded > gmail > clear data

then uninstall with titanium, or maybe you could try titaniums "integrate into rom" feature that would make the latest update of gmail into system app instead of user... not sure if that will work, but it can't hurt to try... nandroid, just in case =)

Secondly the reason I didn't create a new thread is I don't want to deal with tons of (or even a few) people asking me to make a version for their favorite Rom, I did this for myself and decided it worked well enough for me that I would share it with you guys, and since it is rom specific at least as far as the updater-script and build.prop goes... Don't even worry about it man. That's their opinion.. not mine!

I think it might be a good idea to give you a post on the first page where you can post the tweaks and keep them updated. Maybe let me go through them and make sure they don't conflict with the stuff I do to the ROM. I'll download the tweaks today and take a deeper look.

Yep and just looked at them... it needs a cleanup :P Plus I'm going to incorporate the better Sensation camera software in the next release anyway.
