so, just saw my comcast bill for triple play this month....

they're charging me for internet speeds i'm NOT getting. awesome. and i'm not an authorized user so tech support couldn't do anything for me. wellp, time to call in with my dad tomorrow and raise hell. they dropped my internet down 10mbps from 30 to 20, and my upload from 6 to like 3.....yeah. and i'm still paying for 30mbps, but i'm NOWHERE near the limit.

i had a free promo for 2 months for the 30mbps because they dropped us from that 2 months ago when my dad cancelled hbo, so i called up and raised hell (surpsiingly i didn't need to be an authorized user then??) and she gave us 2 free months, and after that ti was 10 more a month to keep it, and it automatically gets billed...

well, i got billed the 10 more, but they dropped my speed back down to 20. bastards. comcast is ridiculous

I have TWC. Annoying as hell. I can get 20 down every now and then but it mostly hangs around 5. We are paying for 15. -__-
