If you're using a previous version of this rom, just wipe dalvik cache and cache in 4ext recovery, and flash the latest version. Nothing should be affected.

No, unless there's an updated Gapps file you want to flash.

On another note. Not sure if it's by design or not but Auto rotation off doesn't return home screen to portrait like before.
Example with auto rotation off, usually if I'm in portrait home screen and open an app in landscape, once I exit the app
my home screen goes back to portrait. Now it get stuck in landscape.

Exactly, no matter how I close the camera application (landscape or portrait) it will leave me with landscape orientation.. Very annoying.

Its the latest "feature" which was in my latest build. I don't like it anymore, I'll do a revert when I'm back.

yeah i noticed this too today while taking a picture... it works nice when auto rotate is on but not while off.. maybe a script to do a check on auto rotate perhaps will fix it...

Default CM7Kang-n1-105 Wifi issue

Flashed 105 a few days ago, when it first came out and had wifi error. The error message is below the checkbox on the settings page and it doesn't allow me to startup wifi. Did a nandroid restore and everything was ok. Just tried again, after clearing out some old apps and the same error appeared. Re-flashed 104 and all is well. I have been using the Tiamat kernel for a while (don't know if that is suspicious or not). I guess it could be from the new bootanimation munging something. I would hate to lose the nightlies due to a bootanimation problem. The bootanimations are nice, but the system and cherry picks seem to be more valuable to me (my US$0.02),
