Cool nice share.... with which Camera app? MIUI Camera or CM7 Camera? Because latest v0.5 has CM7 Camera. I will test and maybe make new patch and new version with them.

Work on two CM7 and MIUI ! i think installing this fix will install MIUI camera and Fix two cameras, CM7 and MIUI!

Well the CM7 camera in this ROM has autofocus already working well, but if it works with thw original MIUI 2.4.20 camera thatd be awesome. Ill see if I can do it. But does it help video record at all? FXP has lots of lags there no matter what I tried. And you are welcome.

As a trade-off, you can always double-tap to zoom in/out. And pinch zooming works in most other apps (as long as they don't use embedded internal web browser e.g. gReader pinch zoom won't work, neither will Boat Browser, but Opera Mobile does)

It works well with my sound recording app and other similar apps, but when i try to use it for a normal phone call I have to yell into the mic if the other person is to hear.


Is there a possibility it has something to do with the rom?

Dunno. I don't have anything like it to test with. It could be the other persons' phone. It could be an FXP issue. I assume you've turned the in-call volume (while in a call) up to max while the headset plugged in?

(1) Try the microphone test in the MIUI Service Menu (dial *#*#MIUI#*#*)
(2) Install FXP-CM7 and see if it does the same.

Even if it is an issue with MIUI, I wouldn't know where to start to fix it because I have no such accessory. Sorry.

EDIT: After further research I found that it might be a kernel issue (with values somewhere in /sys/devices/ which come from the kernel) so can you tell me which kernel you are using? If you are using CosmicUI kCernel, please test with FXP-CM7 kernel.

EDIT2: I also just read that if you Mute then Unmute a call it fixes a low-microphone bug in MIUI. Try that. Annoying I know, but it will at least narrow it down.

I know its stupid question but ,. Is factory reset on the installer mean wipp data / cash / dilvek cash !!?
