OG Droid for dedicated GPS...

I want to use my old OG Droid as a dedicated GPS in my car since gmaps is going full blown offline soon. Only thing is, I'm worried that offline maps will only be compatible with ICS. I only really need wifi/gps and audio to work in order to do this, and if I needed internet on the road I figured I could tether to my Gnex. Is there a build here or a ROM someone could link me to that would Hook me up with ICS even if it isn't perfect?

The jan05 build from kfazz should work for that... I've used it on my deactivated phone for quite some time with talkatone voip over wifi... Everything seems to work except the cell radio and camera with that build.

The rowboat page has sgx drivers for sgx 530 1.2.1 and I think it is for ics

im about to try the most updated gapps, i couldnt get the phone to recovery from jan build and after flash to stock it wont either mehhhh
