A fortunate side effect of my brick today is that I discovered which file affects that. I will upload my (working) one tomorrow as a temporary fix (it also has a cool feature), and I will work on a more permanent one.

It should work for intl users, since he rebased on an intl rom. Try restoring your old dbdata (also called datadata) from a previous nandroid backup. That shoukd fix it while I look for a better solution.

Flashing 1.3 now.

Update: up and running now, had a small hiccup of a bootloop the first time I flashed (yes I followed directions to the letter), so I reflashed it and got up and running.

Side note for Poweramp folks go into the equalizer and change the one circled in RED to match mine in attached screenshot and that will give you equivalent max volume to match having DVC without having the jumpy volume issue.

So maybe I'm just terrible at following directions and I made a mistake, but I tried your EXT4 conversion method and I got an error saying something like "error while restoring system" Then it took me a lot of work to get this thing functional again. What might be causing this?

SpaceToast7, have you previously installed a kernel which can handle EXT4 (Terrasilent or Klin's) ?

If you ran out of space on the sdcard it could have created a corrupt backup. You should try re-restoring as well. I have had that happen before, and a second restore attempt worked.

No, I will just upload my working us file for those affected tomorrow. I won't include it in a release (i cant, it resides in /dbdata)

Bricked my device a while ago. Thanks to the XDA community I got it back up and running. I got stoked when you picked up where Klin left off(also really excited that he might be developing again) so I thought I'd give this rom a shot.

I had no access to CWM so I could not clear cache and Dalvik, but I slapped the rom on there anyway. Booted up like a champ. I now have access to CWM as a reboot option and that works swimmingly. So apparently CWM was always there(because of the kernels I used) but for some reason no combination of button pressing would launch it on reboot. Selecting it as an option from the logoff screen with this rom works however.

Not sure if these were mentioned earlier:
- GPS seems to work but the indicator does not change color on the notification screen(it just stays grey on my device)
- I need to try the bluetooth fix as it doesn't work yet after firing up the rom
- Tapping on "Flashlight" in the notification bar crashes the bar itself. Selecting "Notifications" brings up back up but an upwards swipe collapses it, but the area where the bar is remains blank(no time, WiFi, battery indicator, etc. visible).
- Home button works but there's no feedback.

That's all I have so far. This thing is slick as Hell. Nice work you two! Thanks Han! =- D
