native video call rom for infuse

samsung galaxy S and SGS II are capable of native video calling then why it is not on samsung infuse??
can somebody suggest a rom with a working phone dialer like galaxy SII which supports native video calls on 3g .
or can u provide a phone.apk which supports anycustom rom based on UCLB3

hello experts , is there anything which is portable from a galaxy s or s2 to infuse or a galaxy s glide i927 so that network / native video call is available on these phones?. i am currently on dman's at&t ICS on my glide i927.
