What's considered a long time. I sometimes watch films on my device but I only turn the volume up to MAX if the sound is low on the film. Am I still damaging my device.

on my x10 vith stock rom 2.3.3. don't work...
i have used xrecovery to install, but i don't see in the audio setting....
